Since we were in restructuring and rebuilding our group, the last two years were important for Blue Ocean Group. The plan was based on a comprehensive review of our strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. Our goal is to improve the turnover and to set us on a journey towards sustainable profit growth. The momentum for our future progress comes from our strategy, which is designed to leverage our global capacity and from our renewed performance culture, which strives for excellence in our all business activities.

Supply Chain

Blue Ocean Residencies strives to establish strong relationships with supply chain partners to put together the right teams with the right experience, skills and capability to deliver excellent and cost-effective solutions to our customers.

We have now developed the Blue Ocean Residencies Supplier Charter, which reflects not only our commitments and expectations towards our supply chain but also the approach and behaviour that we expect our suppliers to adopt. It also provides a framework within which our values can be applied when dealings with suppliers, sub-contractors and external partners.


Operating Segment

Our Resident Directors and Country Managers control the regional business activities of the Group. The Group management takes effective measures to enhance the performance of each company of the group. It takes prompt decision to rectify weaknesses in the system while managing the internal control system.

Blue Ocean Holding (Pvt.) Ltd., is the umbrella company of the Group. The Group has managed to reflect both its geographic and business lines. As of March 2011, the group was divided into 14 Strategic Business Units (SBU).

The Group’s primary lines of business are into Real Estate, Holiday, Construction & Engineering, Education and Household & Garments.
